Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products and services
- Identify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Present product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers, tailoring pitches to meet their needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and sales
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up requirements using CRM systems
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote our offerings and expand professional networks
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience
Experience
- Proven track record within the Building Industry is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Knowledge of CRM software or similar tools is advantageous
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
